"Stand and be LIQUEFIED!!!" - Terror Mask
Mutant Rick (also called Beserker Rick or Beserker Mode) is an ability that allows Rick to become an over-muscled monster for a short period of time through the supernatural abilities of the Terror Mask.
Splatterhouse 3
Mutant Rick can grab and throw enemies, do a body slam move, upper cut punch, or use a chestburster move.
Rick has to collect an amount of Eldritch Orbs to charge the "Power bar" and transform into Mutant Rick.
Splatterhouse (2010)

At the start of the game, the player is given all the Mask's powers to give the player a large amount of blood to use later in the game. After that, the player has to earn the Beserker Rick power and the other abilities of the Terror Mask. Rick can not use it until the end of the Poltergeist boss in Phase Two: The Doll that Bled. The Necro Meter must have three blocks filled for the player to use this ability.
Triva
- From dialogue by the Terror Mask and that the Mask Eye ability is in use, it is believed that the Mask takes temporary control over Rick when he is in this form.
- The opening riff in loop of"Pounding Nails (Into the Lid of Your Coffin)" by The Accusedplays whenever Rick enters his Beserker Form.
- Rick's "normal" form in Splatterhouse (2010) slightly resembles the Splatterhouse 3 version of Mutant Rick.
